- Supervise daily operations of the Asian kitchen, including staff, facilities, and costs, to maximize departmental profit.
- Ensure all kitchen activities are carried out in compliance with established policies, procedures, and F&B standards.
- Control and analyze on an ongoing basis the following : Sufficient food production, quality, presentation, and marketing standards , Guest satisfaction , Cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene.
- Prepare and standardize recipes for Executive Chef approval.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to develop and implement promotions that align with market needs.
- Ensure production is consistently delivered at the highest quality level.
- Provide guidance, training, and supervision to Asian kitchen employees to enhance skills, productivity, and performance.
- Monitor and control food cost and waste to ensure efficiency and profitability.
