Mô tả công việc

Carry out painting, repair, and maintenance of surfaces in the resort (walls, ceilings, wood, metal, decorative items, etc.).
Prepare surfaces before painting: cleaning, sanding, filling, waterproofing.
Mix colors and apply different types of paints and materials according to technical requirements.
Ensure quality, aesthetics, and timely completion of work.
Inspect, maintain, and store painting tools and equipment, ensuring workplace safety.
Coordinate with other departments when necessary to complete assigned tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience in painting, repair, and maintenance.
Knowledge of using painting tools and materials properly.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable.
Good physical condition; able to work outdoors or in environments with paint dust.
Previous experience in hotels/resorts is an advantage.
