1. Operational Management
Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including treatments, reception, retail, and facilities.
Ensure all services are delivered in line with brand standards, providing a consistent and memorable guest experience.
Monitor spa ambiance, cleanliness, and maintenance of all equipment and treatment rooms.
2. Guest Experience
Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating guest needs and handling feedback or complaints professionally.
Develop personalized service standards and wellness programs to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Financial Performance
Prepare and manage the spa’s budget, including revenue forecasts and expense control.
Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, memberships, and retail sales.
Monitor stock levels, retail inventory, and minimize wastage.
4. Team Leadership & Training
Recruit, train, and supervise spa therapists, receptionists, and attendants.
Motivate and coach the team to achieve sales targets, service standards, and professional growth.
Conduct regular performance reviews and organize skills development workshops.
5. Sales, Marketing & Promotion
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to create attractive spa promotions, seasonal offers, and packages.
Build relationships with in-house guests, local communities, and wellness influencers to drive business.
Represent the spa at promotional events and networking opportunities.
6. Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for treatments, sanitation, and guest care.
Regularly inspect spa facilities to maintain operational excellence and safety.
7. Strategic Development
Research wellness and spa industry trends to update treatment menus and services.
Introduce innovative therapies, techniques, and wellness concepts to stay competitive.
Contribute to the resort’s overall positioning as a wellness destination.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Spa & Wellness Management, or related field.
Professional certifications in spa therapy, wellness, beauty, or holistic treatments are a strong advantage.
2. Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in spa/wellness operations at a 4–5 star hotel, resort, or luxury day spa.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, managing costs, and ensuring high guest satisfaction.
Experience in retail product sales and wellness program development preferred.
3. Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities.
Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills with a focus on luxury standards.
Financial management skills: budgeting, P&L analysis, cost control.
Creative mindset with the ability to design promotions, packages, and wellness concepts.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
4. Language & Technology
Proficiency in English (speaking and writing); knowledge of other languages is an asset.
Familiar with spa software, booking systems, and MS Office applications.
5. Other Requirements
Professional appearance and high standards of personal grooming.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Passion for wellness, holistic health, and luxury guest experiences.
