Mô tả công việc
- Determine and understand guest requirements.
- Design unique customer journeys using creativity and deep knowledge of the destination.
- Collaborate with reservations / operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Responsible for issuing invoices, collecting deposits, and closing sales efficiently and accurately.
- Customer care during and after the trip.
- Provide travel tips regarding tourist attractions, foreign currency, customs, languages and travel safety
- Present monthly reporting to the team leader.

Yêu cầu công việc
- You are already an experienced English-Speaking Travel Designer, with solid destination
- knowledge within Vietnam and Indochina (3 years of experience at least)
- Possessing in-depth knowledge of the buying behavior in the North American, EU, and Australian markets.
- You are a passionate traveler yourself who is curious about hidden gems within destinations.
- You are confident in communicating ideas and working collaboratively in a small team but
- equally at home holding a call with international guests and agents.
