- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring service excellence.
- Ensure staff adherence to SOPs and Pullman brand standards.
- Maintain guest satisfaction levels as per Pullman Guest Satisfaction Index.
- Supervise cash handling, billing accuracy, and POS systems.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, equipment, and service ambiance.
- Coordinate with Chef on menu planning, food quality, and service delivery.
- Monitor stock levels, requisitions, and control procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 2–3 years of management experience in a 5-star hotel outlet or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service and restaurant management.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with a business-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage under pressure and deliver results.
