- Oversee daily bar operations, including pool bar, and special events (if applicable).
- Ensure service standards and SOPs are consistently followed.
- Supervise preparation and service of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Ensure bar mise-en-place, stock levels, and cleanliness are maintained.
- Guarantee compliance with local liquor laws and hotel policies.
- Act as in-charge during bar service periods and special promotions.
- Beverage menus for all other outlets including wine list.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed behind the bar.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 3–5 years’ experience in bar or beverage management within a 5-star hotel or premium bar.
- Expertise in mixology, wine, and beverage operations.
- Strong knowledge of beverage cost control and supplier relations.
- Fluent in English
- Creative and innovative in beverage development.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent guest service and upselling skills.
- Ability to manage financial targets and deliver results.
- Professional presentation and knowledge of current bar trends.
