Mô tả công việc
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor staff performance and adherence to SOPs.
- Support Outlet Manager in achieving guest satisfaction and revenue targets.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate between restaurant service and kitchen for efficient operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, table settings, and ambiance meet Pullman standards.
- Assist in stock control, requisitions, and beverage orders.
- Monitor POS transactions, billing accuracy, and cashiering procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or restaurant.
- Strong F&B service knowledge.
- Good English communication skills.
- Leadership and supervisory ability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Guest-oriented with problem-solving ability.
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
