- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product specifications.
- Process purchase requisitions from various departments, ensuring all necessary information and approvals are obtained.
- Gather quotations from various suppliers under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager to support price comparisons.
- Assist the Cost Controller and Purchasing Manager in monitoring inventory levels and identifying purchasing needs.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all purchasing documents, including requisitions, purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with the hotel's financial policies, purchasing procedures, and Accor standards.
- Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Advanced proficiency in purchasing system, Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1 years in a similar role
- Good understanding of purchasing principles, inventory management, and supply chain operations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
