Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Shop Manager, who holds strong sales skills and wine event organization skillset toward corporate clients, or a Corporate Sales (B2C clients) with strong sales skills in the Wine sector at Enoteca Vietnam, located in Ho Chi Minh City.

• Report line: Sales General Manager and CEO


In case acting as a Shop Manager, this role will be responsible for the following key duties.

(1) Accountable for achieving the overall sales target of the shop

(2) Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop directly and indirectly by providing leadership, direction and consultation to shop staffs

(3) Create a positive work environment for the wine shop team and all seasonal wine shop associates

(4) Support and guide the shop staffs in achieving individual sales target and fostering professional growth

(5) Responsible for handling transactions and purchases from corporate clients categorized under B2C accounts (private customers & corporate accounts)

(6) Growing active client’s database on a weekly and monthly basis as per management metrics directions Involving conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and creating strategies to improve corporate sales performance

(7) Reactivate inactive client’s database providing winning sales offers and promoting fine wine culture

(8) Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively acquiring new corporate clients

(9) Plan and coordinate with relevant departments to organize weekly and monthly wine tasting events, including conducting VIP, wine club member, and individual or group tastings

(10) Collaborate with Takashimaya, corporate clients, Wine Club & MKT team regarding promotions

(11) Promote online, onsite and sales growth meeting sales targets

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications

· Strong sales skills to corporate clients

· Sales target achieving oriented person

· Excellent skill set on planning, proposing and presentation

· Wine education, knowledge and/or qualification

· Ability to work in peak times, to adapt flexible schedules, floor presence, under pressure with calm and polite attitude

· Excellent communication skills including speaking and writing skills

· Must be comfortable hosting small and large groups for wine services

· Competent computer skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

· Detail oriented personalities

· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team

· Ability to multi-task and manage a wide range of activities

Experiences

· At least 3 years of work experience in fine wine shop manager, or

· At least 5 years of work experience in high-end store/ shop management at supervisor or manager level, preferably in high end retail/hospitality
