Manage activities of all staff on duty to ensure they comply with the hotel's operating standards, rules and regulations.

Supervise all hotel activities to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

Understand customer needs and requirements carefully.

Ensure department operation, customer information and needs are captured and processed promptly.

Check room status...

Ensure accurate completion of night audit.

Resolve guest complaints, ensure prompt handling and report to management.

Prepare daily report....
