• Ensures all kitchen equipment is in proper working condition/ Bảo đảm mọi trang thiết bị nhà bếp trong điều kiện hoạt động tốt.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of all kitchen outlets/ Có trách nhiệm lau chùi dọn dẹp tất cả các khu vực bếp.
• Clean and stocks supplies, such as plates, glasses, silverware, pots, pans and other utensils/ Lau chùi và cất giữ chén bát, ly tách, muỗng nĩa, xoong nồi và trang thiết bị khác.
• Must be able to maintain the proper level of sanitation in accordance with sanitary guidelines and property standards in all kitchen outlets/ Phải có khả năng duy trì mức độ vệ sinh đúng mực theo qui định, tiêu chuẩn cho các bếp.
• Maintain food sanitation and safety guidelines at all times/ Luôn duy trì vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm.
• Keeps supervisor informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results/ Thông báo cho giám sát biết kịp thời các thay đổi không mong muốn.
• Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen equipment in a safe manner such as the pot room’s floors, walls, ceilings, hand sink, and shelves must be kept clean and free of debris at all times/ Dọn dẹp và khử trùng tất cả các trang thiết bị bếp một cách an toàn như là sàn khu rửa xoong nồi, tường, trần, bồn rửa tay, kệ; chúng phải được giữ sạch sẽ và không bị bẩn.
• Polish stainless steel sinks and copper pipes/ Đánh bóng các bồn inox và ống đồng.
• Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies/ Có khả năng hoàn thành công việc được giao dựa trên chỉ dẫn, chính sách của bộ phận và công ty.
• Knowledgeable of all the properties amenities and services, have the ability to make suggestions to promote the property/ Hiểu biết về các dịch vụ tiện nghi của khách sạn để quản bá hình ảnh cho khu nghỉ dưỡng.

• Basic Education completed is required/ Giáo dục cơ bản được yêu cầu.

• Ability to communicate fluently in the local language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally/Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng ngôn ngữ địa phương lưu loát cả ngôn ngữ nói và các hình thức diễn đạt khác.
• Well organized, multitask, detail oriented, problem solving/ Có tính tổ chức tốt, đa năng, chi tiết, khả năng giải quyết vấn đề.
• Must have the ability to work any day any shift/ Có thể làm việc bất kỳ ca nào và bất kỳ ngày nào trong tuần.
• Must be able to push and pull heavy equipment up to 70 kg, stand for long periods of time and do repetitive motions/ Phải đẩy và kéo được đồ nặng lên đến 70 kg, đứng làm việc thời gian dài và làm những việc lập đi lập lại.
• Knowledge of various kitchen cleaning equipment used in the cleaning industry is helpful/ Có kiến thức về các trang thiết bị vệ sinh bếp thì rất hữu ích.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision, handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure and meet deadlines with particular attention to detail/ Có khả năng làm việc tự lập, trong môi trường đôi khi phải chịu đựng áp lực và chú ý đến từng chi tiết để hoàn thành công việc.
• Must have the ability to respond to handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy/ Có khả năng giải quyết những tính huống khó hoặc áp lực cao bằng sự khéo léo trong giao tiếp.
