• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
• Set monthly and annual revenue goals, analyze performance, and adjust strategies when needed.
• Oversee daily bar and karaoke operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to standards.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff to build a skilled, service-oriented team that meets Club standards.
• Plan and organize work schedules, assign responsibilities effectively, and ensure optimal staffing levels during peak periods.
• Maintain high-quality food, beverage, and entertainment offerings, and build strong relationships with VIP guests.
• Monitor inventory levels, minimize wastage, and manage supplier relationships to optimize profitability.
• Enforce Club Royale policies, health & safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, reporting major issues to the GM.

• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory or management experience in bar, karaoke, F&B, or hospitality.
• Proven leadership and team development skills, with effective communication across customers, colleagues, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost control; problem-solving skills and customer service orientation; proficiency in computer applications (Excel, POS systems).Fluent in English communication; ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
