Mô tả công việc
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the reservations team
- Ensure all reservations are processed promptly, professionally, and in line with hotel standards
- Monitor room availability, rate parity, and booking channels to optimize occupancy and revenue
- Respond to guest inquiries and reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms
- Handle group bookings, prepare rooming lists, and coordinate pre-arrival arrangements
- Train and mentor reservation agents to ensure high performance and service quality
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Front Office teams to align booking strategies
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and no-shows
- Resolve guest complaints or booking issues with professionalism and urgency
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on reservation performance and trends
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, pricing policies, and data protection regulations

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
