Human Resources Officer / Human Resources Executive - Recruitment

Post job vacancies and source candidates through recruitment channels.

Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.

Coordinate interviews with HODs and candidates.

Maintain candidate and recruitment records.

Follow up on open vacancies and recruitment status.

Work with departments to understand manpower needs.

Support job fairs, career days, campus recruitment, and recruitment events.

Prepare regular recruitment reports and update management on recruitment progress.

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Perform other HR tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
