We are seeking an experienced Residence Manager to lead operations at Hanoi Signature by Swiss-Belhotel, a branded residence managed under 5-star hotel service standards.

Oversee daily operations across all residence facilities and services
Ensure world-class hospitality and service culture for residents
Manage budgets, financial controls, and cost efficiency
Lead and develop a professional team in line with Swiss-Belhotel standards
Act as the key liaison between Developer, Operator, and Resident

Yêu cầu hồ sơ

Strong leadership & people management skills
Financial acumen with proven ability in budget control
Experience in legal compliance, operational management, finance, and HR administration
Service-driven mindset, passionate about resident experience
Previous experience in luxury hotels, branded residences, or property management preferred
Dynamic, proactive, and able to work effectively with developers, operators, and diverse stakeholders
Age ideally under 38, with maturity and professionalism to lead a high-standard operation
