Mô tả công việc

- Support manpower planning and recruitment process.

- Supervise and check HR staff’s work (attendance, contracts, personnel records, payroll data)

- Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment status, training hours, etc.)

- Ensure company HR policies are communicated and followed.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
