Mô tả công việc

• Assist the Reservations Manager in managing and assigning tasks to the reservations team.

• Supervise and ensure that all reservation requests via phone, email, OTA, and other channels are handled accurately and promptly.

• Monitor room availability and coordinate with relevant departments (Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping) to optimize room occupancy.

• Assist in developing and implementing pricing policies, promotions, and room sales programs according to the resort’s plan.

• Ensure accurate and complete data entry in the reservations management system.

• Support training, coaching, and monitoring the performance of the reservations team.

• Assist in handling guest complaints and special requests related to reservations.

• Provide regular reports on reservation activities to the Reservations Manager and Resort Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Hold Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business administration, or related field

• At least 1-2 years of experience in Hotel Reservation, preferably in 4-5 star resorts or Hotels.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem - solving skills.

• Proficient in English communication.

• Team management, organizational, and data analysis skills.

• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public Holidays.
