Mô tả công việc
• Plan and manage all procurement activities for goods, materials, services for Resort.
• Source, negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, ensure quantity and cost efficiency.
• Control inventory, demand and ensure timely supply of goods.
• Coordinate with other department to ensure smooth operation.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement costs, performance and suppliers evaluation.
• Manage, train, and develop the purchasing team.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in hotels, resorts, or F&B industry.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, planning, and inventory management skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement management software.
