Mô tả công việc

- Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times

- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and consistently meet quality, presentation, and food hygiene standards

- Ensure that tools and equipment are maintained to a good standard with minimum breakage

- Take responsibility for making the cake and dessert for event & buffet, showcase

- Follow the instructions of Pastry Chef

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 1 year experience at same position

- HACCP trained, food safety & hygiene knowledge

- Certificates culinary trained

- Able to work shifts and perform well under pressure

- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in making cakes and desserts, including decoration and presentation skills

- Pay attention to detail, even in the smallest aspects
