About the role:

Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai (ensure safety and Security for guests, employees, and third parties on-site at the property)

What you will do:

To control the staff entrance and conduct regular on-the-spot baggage checks of staff and contractors exiting the building.
To ensure, during routine patrols, that health and safety regulations are being observed and that all fire regulations are met
To accept and secure items of lost property, attempting to restore these items to the rightful owner.
As a key member of the hotel’s emergency response team, to be fully familiar with the evacuation procedures, including the Fire panel, and participate as a floor fire officer as required.
To monitor and control the issue of all hotel keys.
To routinely check the security of all storerooms and offices. Keep and maintain the condition of departmental equipment.
To handle the case of the female employees
To support checking for the female lockers
To support basic department admin tasks: arrange department documents, assign and check the Roster, order necessary items for the team
To support communication with another department on security operations
Respond to alarm notifications
Participate in all security meetings.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
To perform any additional tasks requested by the Head of Department, the Assistant Head of Department, the Security Supervisors.

Schedule & Hours:

Work in different shift
44 working hours per week
