Mô tả công việc
- Develop, implement, and maintain hotel-wide security policies and procedures
- Supervise and lead the security team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Monitor surveillance systems, access controls, and patrol activities to ensure safety and compliance
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits of hotel premises
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
- Investigate and report all security-related incidents, thefts, or accidents
- Ensure fire safety systems and emergency evacuation procedures are in place and regularly tested
- Maintain records of security logs, incident reports, and visitor access
- Provide security support for VIP guests, special events, and high-risk situations
- Promote a culture of safety and vigilance among all hotel staff

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in hospitality or corporate settings
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills
- Knowledge of local laws, safety regulations, and emergency response protocols
- Proficient in using security systems and surveillance technology
- Certification in security management or law enforcement background is an advantage
