Mô tả công việc
- Assist in overseeing daily stewarding operations including dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, waste management, and equipment maintenance.
- Supervise stewarding team members, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory of kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, and cleaning supplies; report shortages and coordinate replenishment.
- Support banquet and event setups by ensuring timely delivery and retrieval of kitchenware and service equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards.
- Train and motivate stewarding staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing attendance records.
- Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with Engineering for timely resolution.
- Uphold sustainability practices in waste sorting and chemical usage.

Yêu cầu công việc
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in stewarding or kitchen operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, kitchen safety, and equipment handling.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
