- Evaluate the business daily, propose change to superior to do things better and more profitable;
- Forecast labor needs, schedule staff to work towards increasing revenue and giving excellent service;
- Assign staff to work according to their daily responsibilities. Ensure staff productivity, efficiency through the working time;
- Have to be fluent with all policies and procedures of the hotel and the center in order to give correct instruction to staff and advice to guests
- Answer to all inquires about membership, spa, the center and hotel to all members, visitors, walk-in guest or any incoming calls;
- Show visitors, guests around the center and try to promote our products / services in the hotel;
- Close sales to increase revenue for the center of hotel;
- Be creative and do sales and promotion plan with feedback from members, guests and staff.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
- Native Vietnamese, good English.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position with proven track records.
- Excellent customer service, communication and problem-handling skills
