Assists the Director of Rooms in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations for the hotel, including, but not limited to, the Front Desk, Concierge, Regency Club, Guest Service Centre.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 3 years as Front Office Manager in a 4 & 5-star international hotel.

Degree or diploma in Hotel/Business Management.

Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Problem-solving mindset; entrepreneurial and results-driven.
