Team Leader - Laundry - Park Hyatt Phu Quoc - Pre-opening Stage

Job Overview:
The Team Leader – Laundry supports the Laundry Manager in overseeing daily laundry operations, ensuring all guest garments, uniforms, and hotel linen are cleaned, processed, and delivered according to Park Hyatt’s luxury standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily laundry operations, assign duties, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production records, monitor workflow, and report discrepancies or damaged items.
• Inspect garments and linen for stains, defects, or missing accessories and ensure proper treatment.
• Operate and maintain laundry machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and promptly.
• Ensure correct chemical usage, proper sorting, and safe handling of all laundry items.
• Train, guide, and motivate laundry attendants to maintain productivity and service excellence.
• Maintain par stock of linen, supplies, and equipment while managing cost control.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a laundry supervisory role within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Good communication in English.
• Knowledge of laundry operations, chemicals, and machine handling.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure and in a team.
