Laundry Attendant Park Hyatt Phu Quoc - Pre-opening Stage

Job Overview:
The Laundry Attendant ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the Laundry Department by handling guest garments, staff uniforms, and hotel linens with care and according to Park Hyatt’s luxury standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold linens, uniforms, and guest garments as per standard procedures.
• Inspect all items for stains, damage, and missing accessories; report irregularities to the Team Leader.
• Operate laundry machines, dryers, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow care instructions and use appropriate chemicals for different fabric types.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Handle guest requests courteously and ensure timely delivery of laundered items.
• Support the team in meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Report equipment malfunctions and assist with preventive maintenance activities.
• Uphold Park Hyatt’s brand promise through professional service and attention to detail.

• Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred (especially in a luxury hotel or resort).
• Basic knowledge of laundry operations, equipment, and chemicals.
• Attention to detail, good teamwork, and time management skills.
• Ability to work shifts and perform physical tasks efficiently.
• Service-minded with a positive attitude.
