Overall purpose of the job:Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for the planning and execution of both offline and online marketing plans within approved budget, which may include projects for new store opening (NSO). He/she will also measure results of all activities and campaigns for timely reporting. In addition, he/she is responsible for ensure brand identity guidelines are adhered to in all communication, collaterals and store visuals.
Key Results Area
Clear Planning
1.1. Develop a plan together with manager which includes SMART targets, justifiable budget and event calendar
1.2. Execute approved local store marketing plan and brand communication plan under direction of Store Marketing Manager and Brand Communications Manager, respectively
1.3. Act as a coordinator between Marketing and all relevant teams (internal and external) to ensure all administrative procedures are promptly and carefully followed
Social Media Orientation
2.1. Oversee, manager and maintain all company social media accounts management
2.2. Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
2.3. Coordinate social media messaging with Marketing Manager to respond to customers
2.4. Monitor and develop report on competitors’ activities within social media spaces
2.5. Execute approved content calendar and digital communications plans
2.6. Organize content for social media based on approved digital plan
2.7. Monitor online reviews and work with Marketing Manager to respond
2.8. Work with others to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
Performance-oriented Execution
3.1. Performance-oriented execution of the approved plan and other campaigns/activities that may arise
3.2. Able to manage multiple agencies and project timelines
Digital Orientation
4.1. Build and implement a digital strategy that drives brand awareness, brand reputation and revenue
Partnership Relationship Management
5.1. Establish and build long-term, meaningful partnerships with suitable brands, media, business/community groups and companies (especially those in our immediate local trade areas and target markets) with emphasis to promote utilization of our restaurant space for events or part of brand building overall
5.2. Work with Operations team to analyze trade area, identify sales building opportunities and applying efficient local store marketing tactics
CRM and Loyalty Program
6.1. Coordinate to maintain the loyalty program
6.2. Grow database as part of campaigns
Production Innovation
7.1. Collect market intelligence by monitoring competitor/industry activities and listen to what customers have to say in order to generate leads for products, events and services
Maintain Sales Program
8.1. Work with Operations to develop and maintain competitive and relevant packages that would appeal to our target market and result in high customer satisfaction, repeat customers and maximum profitability
8.2. Put together sales presentation slides and supporting materials
Generate Revenue
9.1. Generate new and repeat sales (from partners, corporates and returning customers) for dine-in and catering business using appropriate selling techniques
9.2. Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities to maximize revenue
9.3. Make sales calls to regular customers and potential customers
9.4. Handle incoming enquiries and convert them into revenue
9.5. Drive delivery sales
Event Coordination and Customer Service
10.1. Partner with customers to make sure they have a good event (from booking and confirmation, to the event itself and after)
10.2. Partner with Operations to ensure everything is well set up and prepared for events
Greet customers at the restaurants upon their arrival
10.3. Greet customers at the restaurants upon their arrival
10.4. Monitor customer satisfaction without fail and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business and good word of mouth
Implement Local Store Marketing Plan
11.1. Work closely with Operations and Brand Communications and external partners to execute approved local store marketing (LSM) and NPD/LTO plans
11.2. Maintain local trade area database
11.3. Support new store opening (NSO) planning and execution
Customer Insights
12.1. Ownership of feedback data-collection process to ensure feedback is representative and being utilized for improvements
12.2. Hold monthly meetings to discuss key learning and proposed actions as well as tracking
12.3. Conduct traffic generator surveys especially at NSO for first three months
Be A Brand Ambassador
13.1. At all times, be a brand ambassador, promote the concept and ensure consistent communications according to relevant guidelines.
Brand Stewardship
14.1. Responsible for all collateral related to marketing plan/program and ensure adherence to brand guide
14.2. Develop store visuals theme for special events as part of marketing calendar
14.3 Ensure restaurant look and feel is maintained in line with design concept.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of B2C marketing / advertising / social media / digital agency experience

• Advanced communication skills: verbal and writing skills in English
• Well-developed research and analytical skills: good at collecting market insights and trends, then analyze them for concept validation and marketing purposes

• Technological thinker: Own and be active on Facebook and Instagram
• Able to design, build and maintain social media accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• People person: outspoken, social, and good presentation skills. Must be confident to pitch ideas internally, as well as build relationships not only with media, but also community groups, suppliers, emerging artists, etc. to manage and facilitate our communications and brand concept promotion.

• Extensive understanding of online to offline marketing industry trends and tactics, and how to unite our business activities with digital & social media to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
