Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily group fitness classes and activities according to the BLUE F!t schedule.
- Motivate and engage guests of all fitness levels while ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
- Represent the TUI BLUE brand by delivering activities with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to guest satisfaction.
- Provide personal guidance and fitness advice to guests when requested.
- Ensure all fitness areas, equipment, and materials are maintained, clean, and safe for use.
- Actively participate in guest interaction events.
- Follow all health & safety regulations and company standards at all times.

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree or certification in Fitness, Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field.
- Proven experience as a fitness or group exercise instructor (hotel/resort experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Excellent physical condition and presentation.
- Outgoing, energetic personality with a genuine passion for health, fitness, and guest service.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as per the resort schedule.
