Shift Engineer / Technician

Tại Rêve HCMC, bạn chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo hệ thống kỹ thuật khách sạn vận hành an toàn, hiệu quả và ổn định. Công việc bao gồm bảo trì, sửa chữa các hệ thống điện, nước, HVAC, cơ khí tại phòng khách, khu vực công cộng và hậu cần theo tiêu chuẩn IHG.

Nhiệm vụ chính:

Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ, xử lý sự cố và phản hồi nhanh các yêu cầu sửa chữa.

Kiểm tra tình trạng cơ sở vật chất, hỗ trợ bảo trì phòng ngừa.

Theo dõi và tối ưu việc sử dụng năng lượng, tuân thủ định hướng bền vững của IHG.

Xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật của khách với tác phong chuyên nghiệp, đảm bảo sự hài lòng.

Phối hợp với các bộ phận, tuân thủ quy trình an toàn và hỗ trợ Chief Engineer trong ca làm việc.

Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.

1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a hotel or facility maintenance environment.

Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Hands-on problem-solving skills with attention to safety and quality.

Basic computer literacy for maintenance systems and work orders.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pre-opening hotel experience is a plus.
