- Operations Oversight: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and outstanding customer service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff to maintain a productive and motivated team.
- Customer Experience: Ensure an excellent dining experience by addressing customer feedback and upholding service quality standards.
- Financial Control: Monitor and manage operational costs, including inventory and labor expenses.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and support sales growth.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain food quality, kitchen sanitation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Catering Coordination: Plan and manage catering services for events and special occasions in collaboration with other departments.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements for operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Demonstrated experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven team supervision skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and fine dining service is an advantage.
