Mô tả công việc

  • Operations Oversight: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and outstanding customer service.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff to maintain a productive and motivated team.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure an excellent dining experience by addressing customer feedback and upholding service quality standards.
  • Financial Control: Monitor and manage operational costs, including inventory and labor expenses.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and support sales growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain food quality, kitchen sanitation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Catering Coordination: Plan and manage catering services for events and special occasions in collaboration with other departments.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements for operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

  • Demonstrated experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with proven team supervision skills.
