Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Develop and implement annual manpower planning based on business forecasts and approved headcount.
- Oversee the recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of qualified and suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support recruitment campaigns that align with the resort’s employer branding.
Training & Development
- Design and implement training programs, onboarding orientation, and career development plans.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to enhance service quality and staff performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Manage the payroll process, employee benefits, and performance appraisal system.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance, and personal income tax regulations.
- Review and propose competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain talent.
Employee Relations & Administration
- Build and maintain a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork and engagement.
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary issues in line with company policy and local labor laws.
- Oversee general HR administration including personnel files, contracts, attendance, and leave records.
Budgeting & Reporting
- Prepare and monitor the annual HR budget and manpower cost.
- Provide regular HR reports and analysis on workforce, turnover, and recruitment performance.
- Support management with HR insights for strategic decision-making.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in 4–5 star hotels or resorts.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, and taxation.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written) and Microsoft Office.
