Mô tả công việc

• Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, OTA channels, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.

• Process room bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately in the PMS.

• Provide comprehensive information about room categories, rates, packages, facilities, and promotions.

• Maintain guest profiles and ensure all details are correctly recorded.

• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping to ensure smooth arrival preparations.

• Upsell room types and add-on services to maximize revenue.

• Monitor booking trends, availability, and overbooking strategies.

• Assist with daily reservation reports and administrative tasks.

• Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects TUI BLUE brand standards

Yêu cầu công việc

• Previous experience in reservations, front office, or hospitality is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).

• Familiarity with PMS/CRS systems (e.g., Opera, or similar).

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and pay high attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
