Mô tả công việc
o Coordinate all event logistics, including venue setup, decorations, gifts, and internal collaboration.
o Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Notion AI, etc…) for generating creative ideas, planning, content writing, image editing to improve work efficiency.
o Stay updated on industry trends and AI applications in marketing.
o Collaborate with designers and vendors to create and distribute promotional materials, both online and offline.
o Manage social media and website content to maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence.
o Monitor campaign performance and prepare summary reports for management.
o Assist with other marketing tasks assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc
o 2–3 years of experience in Marketing or a related field.
o Strong organizational and teamwork skills, especially in event planning and execution.
o Proficient in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, Notion AI) to support and enhance work efficiency.
o Understanding of AI-driven marketing strategies and their practical applications.
o Strong sense of responsibility, proactive mindset, and availability to respond promptly during working hours.
o Creative, trend-sensitive, responsible, and proactive.
Good command of English (both written and verbal).
