Mô tả công việc

1. Process timesheet and HR related paperwork

2. Support associates to submit medical/ staff claims

3. Order supplies and maintain a supplies inventory.

4. Deal with Golf Course maintenance property and store of spare parts, fuel & diesel.

5. Raise PR of Mechanics/ office/ Irrigation

6. Keep records on timesheet, maintenance procedures, machineries logs.

7. Join department’s meeting and take note of meeting minutes

8. Other jobs are assigned by Golf Course Superintendent/ Asst. course superintendent
