Mô tả công việc
- Support the General Manager in maintaining high service standards and overall hotel operations.
- Manage guest feedback, reviews, and complaints; coordinate service recovery with departments.
- Conduct regular room inspections, ensuring all rooms—especially VIP—meet quality standards before check-in.
- Assist teams in resolving guest service issues and uphold hotel standards across departments.
- Handle calls, messages, schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements for the GM.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes; maintain proper filing and documentation.
- Provide translation/interpretation for meetings and documents when required.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and office logistics for the General Manager.
- Monitor and manage office supplies; support smooth communication across all levels.
- Prepare daily verbal updates and monthly reports; perform additional tasks assigned by the GM.

Yêu cầu công việc
Required Skills:
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Have negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, creative, and responsible
- Good planning, organizing, and customer relation skills
- Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services, and facilities
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Diploma in Business, Hotel Management, or Secretarial Studies
- 3 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with an international brand
