- Support daily operational tasks of the assigned department under the supervision of line managers
- Assist in communicating with Korean-speaking guests to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience
- Translate or interpret basic information between Korean and English/Vietnamese when required
- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and follow-ups in a courteous and professional manner
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports, documents, or guest information as assigned
- Participate in on-the-job training and departmental briefings
- Comply with company policies, service standards, and workplace regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department head

- Monthly Allowance: 2,000,000 VND/month, paid based on actual working days
- Roundtrip Ticket Allowance for relocation purposes

Yêu cầu công việc
- Currently a student or fresh graduate majoring in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields
- Proficient in Korean language (spoken and written); basic English communication is required
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced service environment
- Available for internship/training for the required period
