Bartender

Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and other beverages according to recipes and hotel standards.

Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control for all drinks.

Engage with guests, take beverage orders, and provide recommendations based on menu knowledge.

Set up, restock, and maintain the bar station throughout service.

Guest Experience

Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous, and personalized service.

Respond quickly to guest requests, preferences, and complaints.

Maintain strong knowledge of beverage offerings, ingredients, promotions, and daily specials.

Operational Support

Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and beverage requisitions.

Polish glassware and ensure all bar tools and equipment are in good working condition.

Follow opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.

Compliance & Safety

Comply with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.

Follow alcohol service guidelines and hotel policies.

Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe bar environment at all times.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in bartending or beverage service preferred; hotel or upscale bar experience is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation.

Good communication and customer-service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders.

Positive attitude, team spirit, and professional grooming.

Basic English communication preferred.
