Mô tả công việc

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Welcome guests warmly and provide basic information about the resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
Support handling of guest inquiries, requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Assist with reservation updates, room assignments, and coordination with Housekeeping and other departments.
Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality of guest information in accordance with company policies.
Support cashiering tasks such as posting charges, preparing bills, and handling payments under supervision.
Participate in training sessions, briefings, and on-the-job learning programs.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support smooth front office operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Hospitality, Tourism, or related major preferred.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Pleasant personality, well-groomed appearance, and service-oriented attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team.
Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends.
