IT Manager (ITM)

Lugano Resort & Spa Cam Ranh is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to lead and manage all information technology systems of the resort. The IT Manager will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of IT operations, supporting daily business activities and enhancing guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain all IT systems, including PMS, POS, network infrastructure, servers, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and telecommunication systems.

- Ensure smooth daily operation of IT services across all departments.

- Plan, implement, and monitor IT policies, procedures, and security standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system support and upgrades.

- Lead and train IT staff; provide technical support and guidance to users.

- Ensure data backup, system security, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.

- Prepare IT reports and propose improvements to management.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role, preferably in hospitality industry.

- Strong knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, ERP), networking, servers, and IT security.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
