Chief Accountant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Accountant to lead our accounting team and ensure efficient financial operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal controls within a resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the accounting team in handling day-to-day financial operations.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure accurate and timely posting of accounting entries and reconciliations.

- Monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial integrity.

- Coordinate year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors.

- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

- Provide financial analysis and support for budgeting and forecasting.

- Assist management with financial strategies and operational planning.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum 2 years experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in hotels/resorts (4-5 star) or hospitality sector.

- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations.

- Excellent Excel and accounting software skills (e.g., MISA, Fast Accounting, SAP).

- Strong leadership and communication skills in English.
