- Sharon Bakery is a small, cozy artisan bakery & café located in Thao Dien, serving mainly expat families and local residents.

Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager with heart, someone who truly enjoys serving people and working closely with the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including service quality, staff scheduling, and floor management.
- Personally welcome and engage with guests, especially international families and regular customers.
- Support front-of-house, baristas, and kitchen staff when needed — this is a hands-on role.
- Maintain a warm, clean, and friendly store environment at all times.
- Train and guide team members to deliver consistent, heartfelt service.
- Handle customer feedback and daily situations calmly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Requirements
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Supervisor, or Shift Leader in a bakery, café, or small restaurant.
- Good English communication skills (daily interaction with foreign customers).
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
- A supportive, hands-on leadership style — willing to work alongside the team.
- Responsible, reliable, and looking for long-term stability.
- Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team environment.
