- Manage and supervise all resort operations, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial and operational goals
- Lead, train, and motivate department heads and staff
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and brand image
- Control budgets, costs, and revenues
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies

Yêu cầu công việc
- Foreigner/Expat candidate
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior management role in a resort or hotel
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service standards
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- English proficiency required (Vietnamese is an advantage)
