Mô tả công việc

- Assist the Head Chef in managing the entire kitchen operation.

- Monitor food costs, inventory, and kitchen performance.

- Create work schedules, assign tasks, and manage daily kitchen activities.

- Train and guide staff to maintain high work efficiency.

- Coordinate with other departments such as Food & Beverage, Stewarding, and Purchasing.

- Lead by example in conduct, hygiene, and team spirit.

- Contribute to menu proposals, creativity, and development.

- Manage staff, promote teamwork, and supervise discipline and behavior.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Proven experience in a relevant role at least 1 year.

- Experience in Fine Dining; experience in Japanese cuisine/Omakase is preferred.

- Able to speak in Japanese or English.
