- Accommodation support at the Resort and three meals a day at the Resort’s restaurant.
- Competitive salary to be discussed during the interview.
- Participate in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
- Provide full support for employment-related documentation, including Invitation Letters, Work Permits, Visa extensions, and Temporary Residence Cards in Vietnam.
- Offer round-trip airfare, covering travel to Vietnam & return flights for home visits after signing the labor contract.
- Shuttle bus service from Nha Trang to the Resort and back
Yêu cầu công việc
- Possess at least 07 years of experience in a General Manager role within 5-star hotels/resorts with a scale of 500 rooms/villas or more.
- Oversee and manage all operational departments smoothly and effectively to enhance the overall guest experience at the resort.
- Continuously elevate service quality to international 5-star standards, while expanding business operations and guest service offerings.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of all-inclusive services in a 5-star resort environment.
- Develop and train a succession team, inspire and lead teams toward continuous growth and excellence

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or equivalent qualification.
- Provide official confirmation of more than 5 years of experience in a General Manager position.
- Possess a Criminal record certificate.
- Submit all pages of the passport.
