We are excited to invite you to apply for our Fast-Track Marketing Management Traineeship Programme at Garrya Mù Cang Chải — a structured development opportunity designed to build future marketing professionals within luxury hospitality.

Programme Description

This programme is designed for fresh graduates and experienced associates who are interested in pursuing a Marketing career in luxury hospitality operations.

During the traineeship, you will work closely with the Marketing team to support brand communication, digital marketing initiatives, content development, and on-ground campaign execution and gain hands-on experience in how a luxury hospitality brand communicates its identity, values, and guest experience across through the art of storytelling via images and photos. You will also receive mentorship from experienced supervisors and managers to be prepared for a Supervisor role after 24 months

What we are looking for

• Fresh graduates from university or college with a marketing/communications/media/hospitality-related background and a passion for photographic skills
