Gym Attendant / Nhân viên phòng Gym

Gym Attendant is the ambassador of the hotel's wellness experience, responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests in the fitness center.

Nhân viên Phòng Gym là đại sứ cho trải nghiệm wellness của khách sạn, chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo một môi trường an toàn, sạch sẽ và thân thiện cho tất cả khách tại trung tâm thể dục.

Key Responsibilities / Trách nhiệm Chính

Guest Service & Safety / Dịch vụ Khách hàng & An toàn: Greet guests warmly, provide orientations to equipment, and enforce gym rules. Actively monitor the fitness area to prevent accidents.

Chào đón khách một cách nồng nhiệt, hướng dẫn sử dụng thiết bị và thực thi nội quy phòng gym. Giám sát tích cực khu vực tập luyện để ngăn ngừa tai nạn.

Facility Cleanliness & Maintenance / Vệ sinh & Bảo trì Cơ sở vật chất: Conduct regular and thorough cleaning of all gym equipment, floors, and amenities. Perform basic equipment checks and report any malfunctions.

Thực hiện vệ sinh kỹ lưỡng và thường xuyên cho tất cả thiết bị, sàn và tiện nghi. Kiểm tra thiết bị cơ bản và báo cáo mọi hỏng hóc.

Operational Support / Hỗ trợ Vận hành: Manage the check-in process, maintain towel service, and ensure the gym is properly set up and stocked at all times.

Quản lý quy trình đăng ký, duy trì dịch vụ khăn tắm và đảm bảo phòng gym luôn được chuẩn bị, bố trí và cung cấp đầy đủ.

Guest Experience / Trải nghiệm Khách hàng: Offer basic fitness advice when appropriate, answer questions, and proactively address guest needs.

Đưa ra lời khuyên thể dục cơ bản khi phù hợp, trả lời câu hỏi và chủ động giải quyết nhu cầu của khách.

• High school diploma or equivalent. / Bằng tốt nghiệp Trung học phổ thông hoặc tương đương.
• Basic English communication is requred / Yêu cầu có thể giao tiếp tiếng anh cơ bản.
• Previous experience in customer service/ Hospitality/Fitness environment is preferred. / Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong dịch vụ khách hàng/khách sạn/môi trường thể dục thể .
• Valid First Aid & CPR/AED certification is a strong advantage. / Chứng chỉ Sơ cứu & CPR/AED còn hiệu lực là một lợi thế lớn.
• Basic knowledge of gym equipment and fitness principles. / Kiến thức cơ bản về thiết bị phòng gym và nguyên tắc thể dục.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. / Kỹ năng giao tiếp xuất sắc và tác phong chuyên nghiệp.
• Ability to work independently and stand for extended periods. / Khả năng làm việc độc lập và đứng trong thời gian dài.
