Job Summary

The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and seamless guest experience throughout the stay.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest information accurately
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintain front desk cleanliness and brand standards
Process payments and prepare daily reports as required

Diploma or higher in Hospitality or related field preferred
Prior experience in front office or customer service is an advantage
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset
Willingness to work shifts
