Bar Manager

• Oversee daily beverage operations across all hotel outlets to ensure consistent presentation and 5-star quality.
• Collaborate with all Outlet Managers and F&b Head to design beverage menus, specialty bars, and efficient service flows for large-scale events and weddings.
• Be present during peak hours to handle guest flow, render assistance, and ensure VIP guests are personally attended to.
• Maintain and exceed guest satisfaction ratings by proactively resolving complaints and empowering the team to deliver "wow" moments.
• Drive upselling techniques among staff to increase the average check.
• Develop creative beverage programs, seasonal promotions, and signature menus tailored to the unique identity of each outlet and Banquet requirement.
• Monitor yields, minimize wastage, and ensure beverage costs remain within the approved budget.
• Ensure accurate stock-taking and adherence to standard recipes to maintain consistency.
• Organize internal training on mixology, wine knowledge, and soft skills to align with 5-star SOPs.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager/ Director.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field; Sommelier or Mixology certifications are a plus.
• At least 3 years in a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager role, preferably in 4-5 star hotels or high-end lounge/rooftop bars.
• Proven track record in bar set-ups, pre-openings, or renovating F&B concepts.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
