Reservations Agent

• Respond promptly and professionally to all reservation inquiries via phone and email.
• Book accommodations efficiently for leisure, business, and group segments.
• Record reservation data accurately in the Property Management System.
• Upsell room types and services to maximize revenue and meet guest needs.
• Provide detailed information about property amenities and local Phu Quoc attractions.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and special requirements.
• Manage booking changes, cancellations, and customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain current knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Reservations, or Sales.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional telephone etiquette and strong written communication skills.
• Proficiency in PMS (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office; 40 wpm typing speed.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Customer-focused with a passion for exceptional service.
