• Warmly greet guests and manage efficient check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally while anticipating their needs.
• Maintain current knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and promotions.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions with high precision.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and correspondence.
• Resolve guest complaints effectively and maintain privacy and confidentiality.
• Uphold high standards of personal presentation and follow hotel policies.

• Minimum 2 years of Front Desk experience in a high-volume luxury hotel or resort.
• High School Diploma; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Fluency in Vietnamese is essential, alongside excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and booking systems.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with the Phu Quoc area and local attractions is an advantage.
